The friendliness of your staff and employees is beyond compare. From the time I arrived until I left everyone of your staff said "good morning" and all stopped to offer water/coffee and/or direct me to where they were. I was impressed by Geoff Bunger who was my internet sales person for 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L. He was very prompt, honest, reliable and patient salesman. He even honored us to show all the cars on the lot at the last moment during signing the deal when my wife said she wanted to take a look of all the cars on their lot. The pricing is good and they are very honest and prompt dealership straight to the point. Geoff patiently walked over all the aspects of the car with us answering all the questions we had and even helped us synch our phones with the Car's bluetooth. I would definitely recommend the San Tan Honda to anybody and especially the sales guy Geoff.
1-5 were all EXCELLENT!! First time taking our new car in to get the oil changed and everything was easy, the employees were awesome! Dustin called as soon as our car was ready and had the car running with the a/c on ready for us to hop in and drive away. Every time that I called Dustin knew who I was and was very professional when we spoke. I love getting the reminders through email about my upcoming service. The whole experience was a 5. I was pleased that Steve checked my tires but said they did not need to be rotated yet-very honest and helpful. Your waiting lounge is also the best, with many rooms to choose from, free coffee, water and fruit, comfortable chairs, and all amenities. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

I have been a huge fan of the Honda CRV years. Recently, I relocated from Alaska to Phoenix and used my 2003 CRV (119k miles) to tow a trailer here. After dragging a trailer for 67-hours up and down through the Rocky Mountains, I arrived in Phoenix without having had any issues along the way. This speaks to the quality of Honda products! I visited your business to catch up on some maintenance items and Darien assisted me. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and found several warranty items that needed to be corrected, too. When I arrived, my CRV still wore its badge of honor? All the dirt from the 4300 mile journey! When it was returned to me, it looked like a new vehicle. In fact, Darien pointed to where my car was located, and I didn't see it since it looked so different! All of the repairs were done correctly, everyone was friendly and helpful, and I have already made plans with Darien for some follow-up work in the near future. I was so happy that I texted some friends who have CRVs and told them to visit your business.So, thank you for all your help and for hiring excellent people!

I appreciate the one-time courtesy more than you know! Thank you so much. However, I had my breaks done this past Dec. I believe, and they are already needed to be changed and were calibrated wrong... It disappoints me I have to pay for them again in such a short time, there must be something wrong with the car or my driving.. Although, I was able to get a discount and Santan Honda has the best customer service over all the rest!

I have had the pleasure of having him as my advisor for more than a year now and I wouldn't dream of taking either of my two cars anywhere else for service! He always responds to my calls (when he isn't available to answer) in a very timely manner? usually within an hour. He has several times accommodated my need for service the same day (when my battery went dead). When my car is in for service, he keeps in regular communication with me so I know exactly what is going on and when I can expect my car to be ready. He always arranges for a rental car even without me asking. When I pick up my car, he thoroughly explains the service that was performed and the how the charges were incurred. He is always pleasant and never flustered or impatient, even when he is clearly busy. Thank you for keeping such quality people on your staff?I personally appreciate it!!

Ralph's car needed replacement unexpectedly. We contacted our salesman Bruce Kral since we have had such great dealings with him in the past. Set up an appt the next day and drove out with a new car. we ha an issue with the battery for our Pilot and Jorge who works in express was very helpful as usual. He is our preferred contact for any service that we recieve on teh vehicle and is always helpful and prompt when servicing our vehicle. San Tan Honda has the absolute best customer service center I've ever experienced. It is actually a pleasure waiting for your car to be serviced/repaired. Large flat screen TVs, breakfast bar, computers, all state of the art. Service is first rate and personable. Don't mind the extra drive to get there. I wouldn't trust my Civic Si to anybody else.

Negatives: Vehicle was sent for detailing and was delivered with a dirty finger smudged window (where dealer sticker was removed) no attempt was made to clean that window (or others I assume). I only noticed the following morning during daylight hours, as I purchased at night. Overall: Nice facility; great customer care. Thank you!

Took o;ur new ridgeline in for a warranty inspection. As always with this dealership, we always get wonderful service and I get the feeling that we are in a luxury car dealership. My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2010 Honda Civic from Thomas Russell on Wednesday evening. I have to admit - I normally detest looking for (and purchasing) a new car. Since the Auto Alarm is already installed and functional on all vehicles in the lot, it may be more customer friendly to include the cost of that Alarm in the Sticker Price. That way, the negotiated price includes ALL items/features already on the vehicle at the time of sale.
If the customer does not want the alarm, the cost can be Deducted and uninstalled in finance therefore lowering the price, instead of Added increasing the price.
Clemans was clear it was optional, however since it is installed on the vehicle, we felt is should be included in the sticker price.
Thanks again for your great service, we will be using San Tan Honda for servicing!

I had an appointment for 2:00 on Friday, 9/24 for an oil change. I had informed Chad that I needed to be out before 3:30 for another appointment. I had the oil change, my tires rotated and the courtesy exterior car wash and was done by 3:15. That was a huge difference from the last time I had an oil change, with an appointment, that took 3 hours while I waited.

I own a Honda Fit and this was my firt visit to the dealer. As usual, with fear because of all the rumors..."it is going to be expensive". Well, Sam received my car, very polite young man. Then the call came with the bad news, The repair ticket was for oil change, get sure thgat the alarm system works, fix the horn, replace the stop light, the passenger air bag indicator was on, and the license plate lights were hunging. The mechanic noticed that there were some parts missing in the air filter system and I had to go to the dealer for more informatgion. Well, my son, who wants to be a mechanic, though he could fix all these problems and actually he caused some of them to be greater. My car is back after a $205 bill. The manager explained to me that when customers attempt to fix their cars, sometimes the guarantee can not be validated. I underestood and took full responsibility for my son's error. Even if the bill was high, the way they handdled my case was very effective and they made my feel like a valued customer. I can say now that I trust the dealer again!!!...

Hello, I wanted to write to tell you about a couple of your employees that recently helped us purchase our honda odyssey. George Watkins was our sales rep and Ladd Biscotti was the closer. We appreciate the low pressure, low sales environment. George is excellent at listening to us and picking a vehicle that fits our needs. It was a 50 mile round trip for me but it was worth it...while Darien took care of my Honda service needs, I was able to get some work done in a comfortable setting inside the dealership. Even Bruce came to check on me when he saw that I'd been there awhile. My issue was taken care of in a professional, courteous manner. I always feel like I get good service and that Penny has my best interest in mind. I never feel like a repair is being pushed on me or that if I don't do soemthing you suggest right away that my car will break down. I always get the sense that you want my repeat business and understand how to treat me as a customer and person. I like that you give me the facts and suggest a timeline for repairs. You understand that sometimes a repair can wait until I can save up and do things in order of importance.
Steve Cyman and Jorge Bejarano have been extremely helpful and friendly to me. They always take time to answer my questions and give very helpful advice. They also keep you informed about the status of your vehicle. Your kids playroom is a lifesaver.
Sam Frick took great care of us...I'll ask for him specifically the next time we come in.
The sevice to the car was timely, the service rep explained what the car needed, then explained what was done. Personally, I enjoyed my wait! I had water, snacks, internet service and access to a "very" clean restroom :-)

Yesterday I brought my 09 Accord to you guys and was lucky enough to get Darien Humbert as my Service Advisor. It was Saturday morning and obviously very busy. I did not buy my car at San Tan Honda and had never had it service there either, but Darien treated my like I had been coming there for years. I felt comfortable and confident with what he was telling me regarding my car and San Tan Honda. I got the service I needed done by the end of the day (as I was promised) without feeling like they just rushed through it. I have always been impressed with the Honda brand and have been treated well at other dealerships, but because of Darien and the San Tan team, you have a customer for life in me. Was in last Saturday to have both of my window visors replaced on my 2009 Civic. Scheduling the appt on-line was easy. Getting the visors replaced, since I have exctended warranty, was quick and easy as well. Dennis Singley was my Service Advisor and he did a great job. Only complaint I have is with Honda Civic Engineers: how in the world did you not test your visor design to insure that, in less than a couple of months, they wouldn't break. Very disappointing that such a fundamental thing was so poorly designed. ...and, there is no fix yet, either. So, I guess I'll be coming back in again some months from now and having them replaced again. Hope Honda re-designs the visors ASAP. Thanks.
We have been customers of Honda Cars of Mesa and ST Honda since 1988. We purchased our '88 Accord, '89 Civic Si, 2003 Pilot, 2006 and 2007 Civics from you. I really like my service guy, Darien, but the service time was toooo long yesterday and my window is still creaking. When will they ever get it right on the first try? Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Santan Honda. I was there today and the staff was excellent. My low tire indicator came on Tuesday, called Santan and was told to bring to the Express Service and they would check my tires. When I got there after work, at 5:30 a very nice young gentleman by the name of Sam came out and said he would be happy to check the tire pressure in my tires for me. He came back and said one of my tires was slightly low and that he had taken care of it and suggested that I should bring the Fit I bought in April back when they could take all the tires off and check to make sure they were okay. I came back on Saturday and Sam checked me in and told me he would let me know if there was any leaks in my tires. About an hour and 15 mins. he came back and stated all my tire were fine and also had informed me that they washed the car for me. Not that is what I call service. While I was waiting for my care I went into the store their where you could purchase items for your car, the gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and very helpful. I told him I would be back to purchase a Sunshade and steering wheel cover for my new fit. I went back and purchased the items. I also would like to comment on the staff at the desk where you pay. Once again I was treat very well by the lady who helped me. I went to my car and was trying to get the steering wheel cover on and it was almost impossible. One of your employees was out front by the customer parking and I asked if he could help me and he did not hesitate for a minute to help. Again, someone he was very helpful and very pleasant who works for SanTan made me feel very welcome. Thank you again for all the assistance that was given to me.

Transaction and reaching a good deal were very favorable. I had a horrible experience with Superstition Springs Honda 3 years ago and will never set foot in that dealership again. It really soured me on Honda, but I thought I'd give it one more chance with San Tan, and you performed very well. The CR-V is our 38th new vehicle purchased, so we know the routine. Financing is usually like a trip to the dentist with oversell and time required, but it went efficiently and quickly. The time was second, and our fastest experience was with Lexus.
The only critique I have is with the new car delivery. The dash was very dusty. I consider this minor, as 30 seconds with my California Duster took care of the dash.

And the experience of acquiring it at San Tan Honda was as enjoyable as all my previous acquisitions were, beginning with your third original Insight, the Hybrid Ccivic, the Hybrid Accord Sedan which I just turned in at 80,000+ miles.
I must say that I really got to enjoy the Hybrid technology, and am missing that pleasure--particularly the quiet starting and the Auto-Stop. But there: nothing in this world is perfect.

Everything was fine until I took my car home. The battery was dead in the morning so I brought it to service so they could check it out. They found it was a bad battery, but nobody was willing to step up to the plate and take care of it. I drove to Mini of Tempe and bought a new battery ($165). This makes me a little uneasy as to what is next. I thought your dealership checked each vehicle with great detail? Do you not stand behind your product for at least over night? Why did I deal with a dealer?

the opportunity to comment on my experience at SanTan Honda yesterday when I purchased a used Toyota Sienna. First, I want to thank my salesman, Lawrence, for his help, expertise, and cooperation. He made it easy for me to decide to buy this vehicle! Of course, I would have liked to have gotten more from you for my trade-in vehicles, but all in all I feel that I was treated fairly and with respect. I actually bought three mini-vans this week for my company. The one I bought at SanTan Honda was, by far, the quickest and easiest transaction of them all! I was in and out of the sale in record time. Although I was there for over three hours, most of the wait was my fault: I had to have one of my employees bring the second van to your office all the way from downtown Phoenix. Otherwise, things moved pretty quickly. I appreciate being given the opportunity to test drive two vans while I was there. I was never rushed or pressured into making a decision. We negotiated a fair deal, and I ended up with a very nice van that will surely give me several years of dependable use. So, thanks to you all for a job well done!
